术前：无法抓握杯子

术后8月：写字

Post op（12 mons）：writting 		 

术后12月：抓握杯子

Post op（12 mons）：hold a cup

     

患者术前对指及抓握困难。CC7术后半年可以两指抓小球，12月可用患手写字以及患手握住水杯喝水。

This patient failed to abduct his thumb or control his fingers before CC7 operation.

 He was able to pick up small balls at the 6th month after CC7 surgery. He was able to write, grasp and drink with his affected hand at the 12th month after the surgery.
